Our mission
Profit in service of purpose.
The Sinpoce Foundation is the group's social-impact arm. We direct a committed share of Sinpoce's resources — capital, technology, and engineering time — toward programs that widen access to education, advance environmental sustainability, and strengthen the communities we operate in.
This is not a grant-making side project. The Foundation is a standing commitment, funded by the work the group does every day and held to the same standard of accountability as everything else we ship.
What we fund
Four areas of long-term commitment.

Education access
Scholarships, learning resources, and digital access for students under-served by existing systems — built around sustained mentorship rather than one-off grants.

Sustainability
Funding and operational support for environmental work, from local conservation to reducing the footprint of the group's own operations.

Community development
Direct, community-led investment in infrastructure, capability, and opportunity in the places where Sinpoce lives and works.

Pro-bono technology
We lend the group's engineering capacity to mission-driven organizations — building and maintaining software they could not otherwise afford.

How we are funded
The Foundation is sustained by a standing commitment from the Sinpoce group rather than ad-hoc donation drives. That stability lets our programs plan and deliver across years, not quarters.
How we are governed
Commitments follow a documented review process with defined criteria, conflict-of-interest safeguards, and outcome reporting. Every program has a named owner accountable for its results end to end.
